Recently I case across Ali's blog, North of Here, and stumbled upon an article I thought would be worth sharing, it's about stress and how she copes with it. It's great to be able to get some insight into how others deal with stress. Here are Ali's tips and tricks:
• Zone out and relax. Ali is going to make an appointment with herself to go to yoga once a week to help her do just that.
• Remove yourself from the area/room/conflict if you can. Step away.
• Find something that soothes you - Ali's is listening to music and reading, it removes her from the outside world.
