Deleting Posts

Nothing to panic to much about but thought I’d let you know that slowly I’ll be removing older posts from my blog to create room for newer fresher posts. Not all will be lost as I’ll be compiling them into one document that I’m thinking of either turning into a book or maybe even a downloadable PDF, I’ll keep you all posted in what I plan to do with them.

  1. Are you running out of space? Didn't know that that was possible. Hope you're doing well. You've been very busy. Take care! :)

  2. Hi Stacy, No, not running out of space, but yes it is possible. Just doing a bit of cleaning up. Don't think anyone will want to read about an exhibition that was over a year go.

  3. I think this is a bad idea! Unless you're running out of space, deleting old content will reduce your body of content and undermine your findability in Google! You need more content not less. Besides, assuming older content is not useful is unfounded and could deny people access to something they find useful. Seriously, don't do it.

  4. Cheers for the advice Fitzroyalty, however I'm not deleting huge chunks, just one old post ever so often. Starting right at the end. I'm still increasing content just cutting some dead wood off.

Some of them are things like artworks of mine that are no longer available or for sale on Red Bubble. It's a way of removing content that is no longer relevant. If someone was reading it they could click on a link and be even more disappointed that it's not available.
