NL Architects - Taipei Performing Art Center Proposal

NL Architects proposal for Taipei Performing Art Center is about making the building available and user friendly to all. The design is elevated like a table on four legs, which allows for a public square below. In a sense making outside space part of the buildings function.

The top section of the building (3 storeys) will be home to facilities such as a multimedia library, music stores, galleries, lobbies, bars, restaurants and clubs. The performing arts center structure will contain three theaters and balconies and terraces will feature swimming pools, a skate area, playground, hotel garden and cafe
